LifeHouse Gatherings

July 15th, 2021

During this time, we’ve experienced some significant changes to the way we are able to gather. For now, our Sunday service times will be 10am and 4:30pm for the foreseeable future.

Additional requirements for us to gather include;

  • Wearing face masks will be compulsory (for those above the age of 12) and we encourage you to bring your own.

  • There will be no singing by the congregation, although we will still have an atmosphere of faith-filled praise and worship led by the team.

  • 1 person per 4m2 will be in place, you do not have to pre-register for our services but will be required, as always, to sign in on arrival.

  • At the end of the service, our cafe and coffee machines will not be operating.

Some additional information includes; if you have been in the Greater Sydney region (including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong) on or after June 21, you should follow the stay-at-home orders for a period of 14 days after you left Greater Sydney.

If that is the case, you can join us online Sunday from 10am via our YouTube channel :

The above restrictions are currently in place until at least Friday, July 16th.

Let’s Gather

Please Check In on Arrival

In order for us to gather within the current Covid safe requirements, It is essential that each member of your family who will be attending the service is checked in, including children (LifeHouse Kids is also available for these services!)

On arrival you can scan the QR Code displayed which will ask for the contact details of you and your family. Children attending their service will need to see the team at LifeHouse Kids to be checked in. If you need assistance with check in, our Host Team will be ready to help in any way they can.

Our COVID safety management will be kept up to date right here as well as on our Church App, which you can download here.

Please refer back here for all of the information you will need to know before gathering on site.

We love you church and cannot wait to be together worshipping Jesus.

Much love,

Lotty & Cie

Safety Measures

Like most activities in the community that are starting to re-engage, there are guidelines we must adhere to in order to maintain a safe environment for our church family and the broader community.

Latest updates :

  • Wearing face masks will be compulsory (for those above the age of 12) and we encourage you to bring your own.

  • There will be no singing by the congregation, although we will still have an atmosphere of faith-filled praise and worship led by the team.

  • 1 person per 4m2 will be in place, you do not have to pre-register for our services but will be required, as always, to sign in on arrival.

  • At the end of the service, our cafe and coffee machines will not be operating.

Venue Capacity

As a place of worship, we are permitted 1 person per 4 sqm in the rooms of our church buildings. This provides ample space in our auditorium and kids spaces to host you in comfort and safety. Every room within our building has signage to display the permitted capacity of that space. You will notice some seats are blocked out of service, so please sit with your household in the seats we have made available to ensure we meet compliance.

After Each Service

To allow our team the opportunity to adequately clean the venue between services, and to ensure we maintain required social distancing practises, we encourage you to get together with friends after the service  at your favourite cafe, back at your house, or at one of our beautiful nearby parks.

Safe Practises

LifeHouse Church has been approved as a “COVID Safe Business”. Our staff have completed the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 Infection Control Training and our volunteers have been trained in our COVID Safe Practices.

We’ve undertaken a review of our processes to ensure we are demonstrating excellence in our church environment.  Cleaning frequency has been increased and our venue will receive a thorough clean with disinfectant in-between every service.  There will be no printed materials, offering containers or communion passed around during services.

Please remember our teams will be maintaining good social distancing practices so will be avoiding hand to hand contact and hugs.  But not to worry, we will be there to greet you with a warm smile, a big wave or even a foot bump!

Hand sanitiser stations have been installed at our main entry & exit points and sanitiser is readily available right throughout the building so please make use of it!

To maintain a safe worship environment, we kindly ask that if any of the following apply to you, please do not attend the service:

  • If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 (eg: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing/runny nose or loss of sense of smell)

  • If you have COVID-19 or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test;

  • If you have been in close contact with any known or suspected cases of COVID-19 in the past 14 days;

  • If you have travelled from an identified hotspot within Australia or any overseas location in the past 14 days.

Instead, we warmly invite you to join us online for Church Online, at home.

LifeHouse Kids

Kids is also back in full swing! During this season that we’ve been meeting online, our Kids team has done an incredible job of preparing a safe environment. The Kids facilities including toys and equipment have undergone a thorough disinfectant clean.

A thorough clean will be undertaken again in-between every service.

Church Online

We are now live streaming our 10am service on Sundays. This can be accessed via our YouTube channel and replayed after the service any time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact one of our pastors or team via the contact us page and we will be happy to assist.
