What are Chaplains?

Chaplains are trained Christian individuals equipped to offer spiritual and emotional support in a variety of settings. They bring encouragement, faith, and hope to those navigating life’s challenges, often in places where traditional ministry might not reach.

At LifeHouse, our chaplains are passionate about making a difference with kindness and integrity.

Our Partnerships and Training

Lifehouse Chaplaincy proudly partners with organizations like Chaplaincy Australia and Court Chaplaincy NSW to ensure our chaplains are well-trained and supported. Our Chaplaincy Coordinator, brings years of experience to guide and encourage our team, keeping them equipped to serve effectively. We offer local chaplaincy training for those interested in joining this ministry or updating their skills.

LifeHouse Church respects and acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land on which we gather, the Gumbaynggirr people, the Bundjalung people, and the Kamilaroi people. We pay our respect to Elders both past, present, and future, and we extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people that are here today.
