Fire Extinguisher & Warden Training for Small Business

All businesses have a duty to prepare, maintain and implement an emergency plan

Part of an employer’s responsibility is to provide training; we understand training can be a big expense for

small businesses. 

Amazon Fire Services have partnered with Firex Tacmed and LifeHouse Church Coffs Harbour to deliver Fire Extinguisher and Warden training. We are able to provide this training at a low cost of $125 (per person) this will include:

- Attendance Certificate

- 1kg ABE Extinguisher

- 1m x 1m Fire Blanket

We also want to encourage volunteers who work in not for profit organisations to attend this training for FREE

Volunteers can attend for free and receive an Attendance Certificate, and must have approval from their Managers.

As an added service, Extinguishers, Fire Blankets and Smoke Alarms will be available for purchase on the

day.

Fire Extinguisher & Warden Training

Fire Extinguisher Theory – This course provides you with the knowledge of fire theory, correct

extinguisher selection and to view a demonstration of how a portable fire extinguisher is used.

Fire Extinguisher Practical – This is a practical demonstration of how to use a portable fire extinguisher.

You will gain hands on practical use of a portable fire extinguisher with a simulated fire.

Warden Training This training provides you with the knowledge and skills to effectively perform the

duties of a Warden and/or Floor/Area Warden.

The course meets the requirements of Australian Standard AS3745 Planning for emergencies in facilities.
