Summer Camp 2021

This Year we are going to Baylife's "Tell The World" Youth Conference!

ARE YOU READY FOR SUMMER CAMP! Heres what you need to know.

WHERE IS IT: Baylife Church, Anna BayDrop off and Pick up will be at LifeHouse Church Coffs Harbour. (167 Orlando Street)

WHEN IS IT: Thursday 21st January - Sunday 24th January 2020.Please be at LifeHouse Coffs Harbour by 9AM on Thursday, we will be returning 1pm Sunday

ACCOMMODATION: Girls will be camping indoors. Boys will be camping in tents outdoors.

WHAT TO BRING: Sleeping bag/blanket & sheet + pillow, air mattress, tent, clothes for camp, personal toiletries (toothpaste/brush, soap, sunscreen, insect repellent, deodorant, etc.) hat, swimmers (Girls wear one piece swimmers or singlet over a bikini), water bottle, towels (bath+shower), notebook, pen & bible to take some sweet notes, floating items, skateboard, scooter, & surfboard. White Tee shirt for colour fight, Fees include travel, accommodation, meals, & entertainment.We will be stopping for Lunch both ways on the roadtrip. Please bring some extra $ for Maccas.

TRAVEL:  Youth Leaders & bus will be driving the youth to and from the campsite ..SUMMER CAMP 2021

PARENTAL/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT:By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following: that our LifeHouse Youth Summer Camp is designed to be a safe environment where young people are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus. This means that anyone who is seen to be behaving in a manner that is contradictory to the culture that LifeHouse Youth stands for may be asked to leave. Summer camp is a place to have fun and a lot of our activities will be held outside; the application of sunscreen and water intake each day is up to the individual, however plenty of opportunities will be given by the leadership throughout the week. Photographs and videos will be taken throughout our time at summer camp and remain the property of LifeHouse Church. This means that at any point, photos and videos could be used for promotional material.I understand that whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the young person,  I agree to release LifeHouse Church, it’s staff, volunteers from any liability resulting from any injury or accident, damage, that may occur to my child and their property, equipment or personal effects including any injury that my child may cause to another person.In the case of an emergency, I give my consent for LifeHouse Youth authorised staff and volunteers to contact emergency medical, hospital, or ambulance assistance at any time they consider necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or my emergency contact before this takes place. I agree to pay all such doctor, ambulance & hospital fees incurred on behalf of me/my child.
