WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK CLEARANCE LETTER

 

If you don't have a current WCC Clearance Letter, please apply at the RMS. You will receive your clearance via email. You will be required to upload this to complete your LifeHouse College Application Form.

 

PASTORAL REFERENCE FORM

 

Please download the Pastoral Reference Form and ask a Pastor or church Leader that has known you well within the past 12-24 months to complete on your behalf. Your reference should be forwarded to sarah@lifehouse.net.au by the pastor or leader that completes the form. Your application process will not continue until this reference has been received.

Minimum 200 words explaining why you would like to be considered for entry into this course. Please include mention of relevant practical experience such as ministry/community service that you have participated in.
